Shipping We endeavour to ship all items within 72 hours of receipt of order. If for any reason we are unable to ship within 72 hours of receipt of order we shall advise you by email and allow you to cancel or change your order, actual delivery times are dependent on postal services. Please advise us if you have not received an order within seven working days days of your order. Shipping is free on orders over £100 EXCEPT for Artwork and Art Murals, please contact us for details for delivery of these items. Our 7-day returns guarantee Our 7-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (excluding goods that have been personalised), you can return it to us in it’s original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item – see our Refunds Policy. We can only accept the return of opened items or personalised items if they are proven faulty. We are unable to exchange these items unless they are proved to be damaged, defective or incorrect. Please advise if you are returning goods via our Contact Form Our Refunds Policy When you send your item back to us we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund (excluding goods that have been personalised). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchased within 7 days of our receiving your return. We cannot refund the delivery costs as these services have been performed and charged for separately. We are also unable to refund the cost of gift-wrapping or your costs in returning an item to us. Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period By law, customers located within the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the item is delivered (excluding goods that have been personalised). For more information please refer to the EU legislation for your territory. When you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we only refund the cost of the item and not the cost of shipping the item to you. |
